use knowledge of Freud in Management

Three things which freud talked most emphatically were Id, Ego and Superego.
he said that "id" is the mother of our all desires which can not differentiate between good and bad, rights and wrongs, should and should not. He said if it goes out of balance, it can make you do any sin or contemptible thing, it is indeed very strong.
You can say that id is the representative of Evil/ Devil in all of us.
He says that human become devilish if Id is not controlled.
He said that there is a equally strong positive force in all of us which is known as "Superego".
Due to superego only we want to do all positive, moral or spiritual things in life. Superego is the godly force in all of us. We want to be good only because superego is active in us.
Ego is the froce which tries to create balance between Id and Superego.
From a managerial or commercial perspective we can say that this knowledge is extreemely useful in making decision in business world.
